CFIA APPROVED. Grill, Fryer & Oven Cleaner is a heavy-duty alkaline detergent that is designed to quickly remove heavy grease, oil, and carbonized soils. Its grease removing components work quickly without the use of abrasives to avoid scratching the surface of equipment. This product removes grease, fats and burnt on foods from ovens, ranges, grills, broilers and deep fryers.
Product Directions
- Scrape heavy debris from grill surface.
- Raise or lower temperature to 60 - 80 °C.
- Spray or pour product on entire grill surface. A 50:50 solution with water is recommended.
- IMMEDIATELY wipe grill with cloth or non abrasive pad.
- Flush with a mild acid rinse (vinegar and water).
- Reprocess grill with cooking oil to prevent sticking. For deep fryers, drain oil and remove food debris. Fill with water up to the grease line. Add 60 - 120 mL of product. Bring to a low boil for 15 - 20 minutes. Cool, brush, drain, and flush. Rinse and neutralize with a mild acid. Food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water for reuse.
