CFIA APPROVED. Lemon Suds is a premium liquid dish detergent that is designed for all food service and manual cleaning procedures. It is an excellent choice for washing dishes, glasses, silverware, trays, pots, pans, and utensils. It contains a blend of highly active wetting agents that provide very fast and thorough soil penetration plus emulsification of fats and oils. It is very mild to use and features a fresh lemon fragrance. For specific use in food plants, see directions.
Product Directions
Add product either by electronic feed system or manually as per manufacturer’s recommendations. Quantity of product required may vary depending on water conditions and soil loads. The recommended quantity of product in the wash solution is 0.75 - 1.5 mL per L of warm to hot water. Food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water before reuse.
